I think what posters are looking for is how NCS figures out policies that forces parents to behave. I agree it is the parents but you don't throw up your hands you get smart and create policies of inclusion that will benefit all theses girls.

NCS leadership fabulous. Nothing that NCS does or teaches the girls to do is anything other than first rate. If students at NCS or any other school act disreputably then it's on the parents.
