I make a batch of hardboiled eggs every weekend so I have them for the week.
Boiling batches of eggs is such a good idea. I've been boiling batches of four. Each morning, I cut up two eggs in pieces, some chopped onion, two Claussen pickle spears cut into small pieces and two squirts of Goulden's spicy mustard and mix it together. It's a form of egg salad and takes under five minutes to prepare since the eggs are already boiled. I like that it 's filling, quick, fresh, and I never overeat since I make one serving at a time.

There are a lot of foods I don't like, but know there good for me. The foods don't taste that bad as long as you mix it with something else. My oatmeal is fine as long as I have berries in it. Same with kale, as long as I have a light dressing that coats all of it and have plenty of good toppings. I definitely have to have fresh fruit with yogurt , too.
