You remember the part about Han Solo being a crack shot, right?

Vests are less constricting and more comfortable than coats for running around and the scarf adds a layer of warmth that can be removed. Skinny jeans with stretch or leggings - also streamlined and comfortable and look better than a baggy pair of pants. I dunno - I think it's a good look. I can see why so many adopt it.
I remember when I was younger I always thought it would be cool if everyone dressed like the Star Trek people - the leggings and tunics - seems like a sleek and flattering look for all.

When the weather is cold, ladies. Please do not wear boots when it is over 30 degrees.
I grew up in frigid Niagra and think under 50 is cold.
Um, congrats??

I think this woman in the vest and jeans and boots looks pulled together, understated and appropriate for a busy mom or anyone of any age shopping or hanging out on the weekend.....almost any activity (besides business office or fancy dinner....)
If you do your own thing, you can't go wrong. Don't rely on other people to dress - don't follow, and you won't look silly.
What if jeans, boots and a vest IS YOUR thing? I adopted this look a long time ago - not cause I was following a trend - I just feel good in it.
