That's because my Polish friend doesn't have a 4 page long rap sheet of convictions
Neither does Tim Scott the US senator from, SC. Yet he was stopped so many times as a senator and congressman. Even a Black senator isn't immune to cop harassment. How many WHITE US senator have ever been stopped by cops? THAT IS WHITE PRIVILEGE. http://www.politico.com/story/2016/07/tim-scott-capitol-racism-senate-225507

That is a privilege they have to earn by exceeding expectations and overcoming generalizations their very humanity is not automatically granted.
Speak for yourself, I guess. I view everyone as equal.
No if you are white you don't and its not your fault. Suppose you see a white guy jump a red light, you may think "this idiot guy" should be ticketed. But if you see a black guy jump a red light and if you think "this black idiot", then that is subtle racism and it is white privilege to not be associated with a group behavior and treated as individual. You can extrapolate this to any minority group.
If you are really honest, you will actually acknowledge this.
Sorry but no. If that's how you think, then maybe look within yourself and try to do better.
OK you are the second coming of Gandhi then. You must be such a gentle and noble soul that you can teach us all the path to enlightenment.
Thanks, but I don't think I'm too special. I actually believe there are a lot of non-racist people in America.

Does it apply in every single situation for every single person - probably not. But it is undeniably something that happens.
LOL, you're such an IDIOT
It's not being privileged. It's of being a race that doesn't commit crime by and large. A race that doesn't lie about everything. A race that doesn't think they have a right to steal and rob from whitey. It's not privilege. Fact: Blacks Officers treat Blacks they pull over the same as white Officers do. It's for a reason dumbass. Same for shopping. Black Managers know to keep an eye on the Black customers. By and large they are the thief's. Has nothing to do with privilege. Just another LIE by Blacks.

Again, it's lies like this that Anger white people and propel Trump.
Yes, there is housing and job discrimination. Here's why whites discriminate.
Housing
If Landlords rent to Blacks, they think the Landlord is further govt assistance. They do everything possible to squeeze the Landlord out of rent. Don't pay on time, don't pay for damages. When confronted, they whine and whine about racism.
Job
You can't get rid of Blacks that won't do the job. If you try, they scream racism again.
No one wants to deal with that shit.

Not the pp.
WTF? Are you getting into the minds of others now?
Who exactly are you to tell the pp that he/she does not view everyone as equal?
Do you have any idea how arrogant you sound?

That's great but I'm not talking about you, in particular nor am I speaking for myself.
I, like you, tend to try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt and I , like you, try to view everyone as individuals.
But I'm not speaking about myself or anyone else for that matter when I say that whites are viewed by and large as individuals while people of color are viewed as part of their collective...I'm speaking about society as a whole and more specifically I'm speaking about the systemic views of our society in the sense that while a cop or a lawyer or a judge may regard a person of color as an individual but law enforcement agencies and the judicial system by and large doesn't.
I'm speaking about the systemic views of our society in the sense that while a banker or a mortgage lender may regard a person of color as an individual but financial institutions by and large don't.
I'm speaking about the systemic views of our society in the sense that while a reporter or a journalist may regard a person of color as an individual but the media by and large doesn't.
It is the skewed societal and systemic views that are primarily responsible for stereotyping and criminalizing and dehumanizing people of color more so than everyday people like you and I - we're primarily just spectators taking in all the programming and propaganda and ultimately we decide for ourselves whether to buy into it or not but the reality is its being widely circulated and most spectators simply believe what they see and accept what they're told.
