Ouch.
The fact that you basically in a nutshell told your family that she doesn't eat like the general population, that she is just different than the rest of us mortals, etc.......
Well I am sure you realize all of this + have eaten enough crow since then.
I say buy her a lovely bouquet of her favorite flowers, take her out to the nicest + fanciest restaurant that you can afford and clean up the house.
Then after she forgives you, make it code red on your priority list to keep your lips zipped from now on.

My family is super sarcastic and teases a lot. My husband's is direct, a sarcastic comment would be fighting words. In 12 years of marriage I've finally learned not to tease my husband or be sarcastic to him around my family, it really bothers him. If you love your wife and have a great marriage then just talk about what bothered her, apologize, and never do it again.

I think rather than talking with a bunch of strangers on the internet, you should talk to your wife.
Say honey, "I was really surprised by how upset you got. I would never want to hurt you. We 'tease' each other a lot but maybe you don't feel about it the way I do. Does it bother you when I 'tease' you about not knowing about current events? Or not smiling in photos? Is it that it was about food? Or in front of my family? I really do not want to hurt you and am sorry but we need to talk about this so we can understand each other."
It may be that she has been pretending to be "a good sport" about the teasing but secretly finds it hurtful. You need to know if that is the case. The only way to find out is to ask her.
The fact that you were not bothered by her showing the video of your sleep-talking is irrelevant. (That would enrage me, but if you were cool with it, cool.) Do not say, "well you did this and I did not get mad" because you are not her and because you are two different people you are allowed to have different feelings about things. There is no "right" way to feel about teasing. The only thing that matters is figuring out what makes your spouse tick and reassuring her that you meant no harm and truly want to understand her and treat her well. That is the way you can make up with her.
