Not everything fits in an Amazon locker. Got it?
Here's an idea: Go to the store.
If you live in an area with package theft AND you have jobs that do not allow you to telework/stay home periodically to pick up a package AND you don't know anyone that can pick up the box for your AND you don't know someone who lives in a safer area who would allow you to have the package sent ot them AND you have a job where the employer doesn't allow you to receive packages, then rent a postal box at the Post Office or local UPS store.
You made the choice to live where you live. You weighed the pros and cons of living there vs living elsewhere, so instead of whining about one of the cons that you accepted to live there, do something to compensate. And stop whining about a con that you accepted to live where you chose to live.
All the postal boxes at my local Post Office and UPS store are sold out.
Now what?
Have UPS hold your item and pick it up directly from them.
Problem solving is hard.

I have children to support.
I work late hours.
They close early.
Now what?
Do you live in a forest? No neighbors or friends that can swing over and grab the package for you? That's really sad, I'm sorry.
UPS can't hold it for you? If you're working late tonight, they'll hold it for more than one day! Pick it up tomorrow!
They close early? Great! Pick it up Saturday morning!
If all else fails hire a concierge to grab it from your porch and hold it for you until you are home![]()

Can't pick up on Saturday morning. I drink a lot on Friday night and can't get up early.
Stop ordering on-line and buy in brick-and-mortar stores where you can shop in the one hour you have available every week and just take home whatever you bought with you.
