Joke post? I'm a UVa grad and if the major is aerospace there is no question your DC should chose GT.

I think down the road my son will be choosing between UMDCP and Georgia Tech.
His dream is also Aerospace Engineering. Given that I am GaTech graduate and College Park is 10th in Aerospace and in state for us, I bet we will be torn similarly like you are.
However, I am afraid College Park will win, since we will have 3 kids in college at the same time...


What did you choose, OP?

PP make sure that UMCP's aero engineering isn't still a squabbling mess of professors before DS chooses it.
It's probably gotten better and it was mostly bad for grad school but check it out first.
