But, I do feel for her that her life was effectively ruined at an early age.
And yes, Bill was way more to blame.
I will never understand why she told LT about having sex with Bill. I mean, how did that convo even start?
Bill could have had anyone - she lacked discretion. At least don't talk about it!
He was impeached for lying about a blowjob

As for the rest, Clinton knew better and took advantage of a young girl.
He was impeached for LYING not for a blow job.

Am I the only one who didn't do anything stupid in her 20's? When I think back, the big things that happened, were: I moved out of my parents house, I dumped a friend for being insensitive about 9/11, I broke up with a boy who wanted to get married while I didn't feel ready yet, I got someone fired (he deserved it, but I still feel bad), and I moved across the country from family. None of these were bad choices.
There but for the grace of god, girl! Put into the right (or wrong) set of circumstances, any one of us could become a Monica or suffer a similar fate.

I agree. I also feel very fortunate that, when I was that age, my employers and other people in authority around me were not the type to be "on the hunt" for younger women. One would not be expecting the president of the United States to have a young intern the approximate age of his daughter perform oral sex on him when his secretary is on the other side of the door. Some people think nothing of taking advantage of others; they're only looking for what others can give them.

He had to lie because it pretty much proved he was a workplace predator and he was testifying in a workplace sexual harrassment lawsuit .
