Sunscreen is key! Especially on throat and chest - the other day i was with a friend who thinks its pointless, and despite botox, etc. on her face, it is her throat that is aging her. makes no sense...

I found that motherhood contributed to aging me. I had my one and only at 42, and the lack of sleep and stress have aged my face (as well as caused some weight gain that I haven't entirely gotten off). At 50, I still don't have any grays, though!

Mid 40s. Started getting more wrinkles and uneven skin. The more sun / tanning you did, the worse it will be.

I've always called most people I don't know ma'am or sir to be polite, so that's not really an indicator.

I’m 45 and happy with how I look. Definitely more wrinkles. My best friend is same age and Asian. She isn’t wrinkling but face is sagging. She doesn’t have wrinkles. Everyone ages in different ways.

I do not believe for a second that you were not called "ma'am" until 45. People call my 21 year old (Asian) niece "ma'am" all the time. "Miss" is pretty old-fashioned, and to many it sounds sexist and patronizing.

If you workout regularly, limit alcohol, watch what you eat, you can look good for a long time. I use cocoa butter on my skin every night and have very few wrinkles--a few laugh lines around my eyes but that's about it. Try drinking pomegranate juice, add cayenne pepper to your food and eat banana every day--more plants in diet helps a lot too.

45, people stopped carding me and started calling me ma'am.

At 35 my undereye area became dark and sunken.

At 36 the wrinkles between the eyes got bad (Botox helped).

At 37 my skin got sallow and uneven.

At 38 I got an extra little fold of flesh on my eyelids and now they are droopier (may consider surgery down the road). Am also getting little wrinkles next to my mouth.

I'll age like George Clooney -- don't worry
