NP here. Let's see. Minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. 40 hours @7.25=$290. 10 hours of OT @ $10.875 = 108.75. Total $398.75 wages per week. Assume 4 weeks, so $1595 per month. Add 13.65% for FICA (if you are paying both sides) = $1812.72 for 4 weeks. So, that is minimum wage.
No, it's not illegal folks. Immoral? Maybe, but if the employee agrees to it, then it's perfectly legal and adheres to the DOL FLSA.
