Roughly, I think it's one 32 oz bag of meatballs, one jar of grape jelly, and one bottle of barbecue sauce. People lose it every time I make them.
okay, now we're just getting goofy.
This one has been around since tye 1950s. My great grandmother made it regularly.

Just cube the watermelon flesh. Place in a bowl. Crumble some feta cheese or blue cheese and sprinkle on top. If you have mint or basil, chiffonade. Season with sea salt (coarse ones like Maldon sea salt flakes or fleur de sel) and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle good olive oil and enjoy!
I prefer blue cheese + mint combo but you can experiment with different types of firm but not hard cheese + fresh herbs.

Toast slices of good rustic bread. Cut avocado and either smash or slice. Spread/place avocado on top of bread. Sprinkle salt and pepper. (I sprinkle red pepper flakes, but it's optional). Drizzle olive oil.
Good for snacks and tastes so good!
