Cold + pulled back muscle + no workouts for a while now. Taking it slowly, hoping to get back into things next week...

Ran 3.4 miles this morning. It was suppose to be 6 miles, but woke up too late. Registered for the Army 10 miler and can't seem to find the time to get the long runs in...ugh!
