There was a Maryland legal case about this a few years ago. The jury refused to convict a guy of any crime. You're allowed to walk around naked in your own house.

Haha. This reminds me of a story my dad once told me. This was in Catholic school in the early 1950's, and the school was right next to a small female college dorm building on the adjacent property, with a flat roof that was about eye level with the top floor of classrooms.

One sunny spring day while they were in class, a few of the dorm girls came out onto the roof for some nude sunbathing (not sure how they didn't realize they could be seen from part of the school). With all the boys mesmerized by the sight, the nun very calmly kept teaching as she walked over to the windows and started drawing all the shades.

Call Jehovas Witnesses and Mormons and all cults you know of. Ask questions and show interest. Then say you are calling because this person you are close to wants to know. Then give them your neighbors address

Wow. People are so rude. She does have blinds. She just doesn't want to feel that she has to keep them down all the time. And its not like she's looking into their property purposefully. Their windows are aligned. Its a sucky situation OP. I would bite the bullet and go to the neighbors and tell them politely: "We do try to keep our blinds down but we want you to know that our children can see you naked walking around your house since our windows are aligned. We would appreciate it if you can invest in blinds/curtains also. Thanks."

There is no requirement that someone should pay money to buy blinds to avoid looking into their neighbor's home. There is nothing you could do, for example, to force neighbors to coverup ugly decor in their home. There is a requirement, however, that people should not knowingly flash their junk at kids.

They are not flashing their junk... they are living within their own home. Their property, their nudity. The neighbor is looking into their window ... that's called peeping, also illegal.
