I saw a TikTok recently of a guy talking about how he loves a girl in a tight dress with that little bit of padding poking out in the lower belly. And a ton of guys were saying the same thing in the comments.
I think a lot of us women grew up in the time where we saw beautiful women like young Britney Spears or Jessica Simpson ripped apart as being fat for not looking anorexic, which has messed with our heads about what the female body should look like. But the reality is most women, even thin fit ones, don’t have a totally flat stomach.
I’ve lost the baby weight and am back to a size 2, but have some natural belly padding that is just hanging around. This is what a lot of women look like so I hope we can all embrace it! Plus many of us are S shaped and not a stick! Even when we are at our ideal weight.
