yes but they are so easy and cheap to tear down and the neighborhood has nice side walks.

They are actually 884 sq ft.

I live in Four Corners in SS and there are lots of very cute, remodeled capes around here. If you can deal with small one (3 bed 1 bath) you can probably find one for 400K.

If you buy in the Forest Knolls, Oakland Terrace or Flora Singer ES areas, you will have a well-regarded elementary school too, just in case you aren't ready to move when K rolls around!

If you really don't care about that, look at Woodmoor -- adorable houses, nice size lots .... $400K might be pushing it but you never know, again if you can deal with one bathroom.

My kid's school is majority-minority, but since it is Asian, no one notices.

People don't like the fact that it's majority minority with a lot of poor kids, so they say it's a "bad" school.

I saw the scores - is it all of 22042? Because PPs were referring OP there. Can't recall if schools were an issue for OP.

Check out Masonville, Sleepy Hollow, or Hillwood, all in same general area.

Would this work for you? Sold last year-- so little inventory now! This is near Rogers Drive-- a few streets over.
