Their shirts are not my style, but I went in there recently to buy a gift for my mom, and I actually loved their casual pants. I didn't have time to try any of them on, but I'm going back. They looked like they were good-quality and did not look frumpy at all. They came in neutral colors and just looked like something I would wear.

I don't hate it; I only know it by website, but I've never been there...

Ed Hardy? Are you Snooki's mom?

While I'm not a fan of many of Chico's colors and patterns. They are often too bright and busy for my taste. Once in a while I've gotten something nice there, however. Last summer I got a really elegant maxi dress that I love. You just have to look and be selective at Chicos. Too much of that stuff will date you.

Seems most of their clothes made in Viet Nam...use Asian size models to cut the patterns. Asian women and Americam women have different body types, we are bigger boned, so clothes never quite fit right. I hope for an American designer!

Eileen Fisher does well but expensive.

Chicos aims to be chic but does not quite hit the mark!

I bought stock in Chico's 10 years ago. I think it's a great company and love their clothing and jewelry. I mix it in with other things, but I'm curvy (not fat) and I like their pants/jeans. I'm 42.

Really? I would never limit myself to buying or not buying a certain brand because of a stigma attached to it. If I like something and it fits well and I feel good in it, I buy it. Oh yeah, I'm 54, and slim and yes I do have a few items from Chicos as well as many other brands.

Best line ever from "this is 40" movie when Leslie Mann said "I am not ready for shopping at Chicos". It represents the end of youth and middle age and embracing the golden years. Honestly, I think it's refreshing when a person embraces their age and dresses age appropriate. I am 37 and guilty of shopping at forever21 and wearing uggs. Not ready to "act my age" fashion wise I guess.

Ed Hardy? Seriously? Anyone who wears that is in no way qualified to say what's in or not..

I am ditching the (probably re-gifted) Chico's clothing my unfriendly in-law gave me, today, right now--and guilt-free!

Pretending to be rich. They give themselves away when they describe the food they eat.

There are some clothing made in India. I shop on Amazon.com and SAKKAS had beautiful tops mostly sleeveless, most are 100% cotton and some are cotton blend. They are
free size which means it'll fit size 1 to size 12/14. I wear 14, they fit just right on me. look for my reviews F. M. Green. I give as much detail as possible. BTW they need to be hand wash only and hang to dry since there are details.
