Sun: Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, salad
Mon: everyone was doing something different because of Halloween, DH and I had soup
Tues: Pizza and salad (I was at a meeting)
Wed: Beef Stew in the crockpot with biscuits
Thursday: Chicken stirfry with brocolli, snow peas, carrots over rice
Friday: probably ordering in

Not the best cooking week for me because of not normal schedule on Mon. and Tues.

Sunday: Pork Butt in the slow cooker-- turned into pulled pork
Monday: Pulled pork leftovers
Tuesday: Turkey taco salads with sauteed peppers and onions
Wednesday: Spinach and feta stuffed chicken breasts and roasted brussel sprouts
Tonight: Sweet chili salmon and pea sprouts

My cooking philosophy? No more than 10 minutes prep time, and if isn't in the crock, has to be on the table in 45 minutes from start to finish.
