Me too, but I'm happy for the OP, I want to give it one more try with my own eggs event though I know it is a 5% chance.

I was told 5% chance at 43 and less then 1% at 44.

The chances depend on the PATIENT, not just the age. Everyone is different. Although it is safe to say the egg quality/quantity go down for EVERYONE as they age.
There are 44 year olds who conceive naturally, no problem, and 25 year olds who do not. This is not the norm, however, it DOES happen. In addition to your individual fertility, "luck" does play a part, too.

So it's not true? I'm 42 and been told I have no chance with my own eggs.

PP 05:31, I don't know if anyone in the area does reversals but there is a doctor in NC, can't remember his name but sure you can google it and his name will pop up. I'm in the same position and opted to do stimulated IVF, but the cycle was cancelled for low response, not sure if I have it in me to try again.

Hi OP, congratulations on the birth of your baby girl. I, too, had my baby girl, just last week, at age 45. We did IVF plus chromo testing.

I'm 43 had my tubes tied after my 3rd child and now I wish I hadn't done that, does anyone in dc area do reversals or is IVF the only option?

And was it with IVF/IUI/Natural?
And after how many years TTC/ Procedures?
What clinic?

Over 4 years TTC (and single)
5 IVF's. 5 IUI's. Canceled cycles
