It's a very busy spot with a constant police presence, I doubt they'd hang around to extract shoes and cash when it became clear he'd been shot.
Usually a kid is robbed for shoes and cash, before being shot, why not here? If there was a physical altercation last year, was it rival crews? The day after he was shot there was another shot fired in basically the same spot, from the roof of the garage. Retaliation or more?
To a PP it sounds like he was on his feet being restrained, then his mother said he tried to run. Not held down.
Horrific.
I hope an arrest is made soon.
