I’m from CA and love avocados. I ‘ve had it and made it at home with olive oil and lemon juice, a few shredded carrots, Mexican crumbled cheese , microgreens and drizzle of chili oil with a few sea salt flakes on sour dough lightly toasted.

I love eating a whole avocado, I enjoy eating foods with very mild flavor. I'll eat a bowl of steamed zucchini any day of the week.

This is what I said several pages back. Not many savory options for people who don't eat eggs. I usually just end up ordering something from the lunch side of the menu. The worst avocado toast I had was at Panera. A nice breakfast place usually does it right with accoutrements. But pass on Panera.

Yes, I love it. Will usually get it on sourdough bread with chili oil, microgreens, and radishes. I definitely like mine well-seasoned.

I am not sure why there is so much judgment on this thread about avocado toast? Eggs are easy to make too but people order them all the time in restaurants.
