I’m not a fan of descano but I am also not a fan of the knee jerk maga posters on DCUM who make very confident statements like he won’t prosecute, Spanberger won’t veto the casino bill … that are for political purposes and not real discussion.
This man needs to be convicted and sentenced or better yet deported.

He was charged with “assault” rather than “sexual assault”, even though the crimes were clearly sexual in nature. Descano is hoping no one will notice, and it makes it harder to remove the guy from the country and also means he is not listed as a sexual offender.

No, Descano wanted him released on bail but the judge said no. Also Descano gave the illegal a lesser charge of assault rather than sexual assault, even though 10+ girls testified. Try to keep up

In Fairfax it's the foolish defending Team Blue while murders, rapes and other crimes that could have reasonably been prevented happen. I have no problem agreeing with republicans when they are correct. In this case, the feds should concentrate on federal issues and leave the local one to the locality. Time was not so long ago, republicans wanted smaller local governments to rule over smaller local issues. So I am agreeing with stated republican policy by advocating for the feds to concentrate on Epstein.
Local elected officials aren’t doing their job and protecting their citizens. 3 of 4 murders committed in Fairfax County this year are by illegal immigrants. These girls in FCPS wouldn’t have been sexually assaulted if Fairfax wasn’t a sanctuary county
