Nope. BSC parent here. I don't see negative posts. I see you touted winning and then got egg on your face and now don't know how to handle the repercussions of your actions. I don't care how good a soccer coach you are. If you can't teach my kid the life skill of accountability, it is a hard no for me.

BSC used to be the middle ground between Achilles and SYC. We developed but still cared enough about winning. Once you start equating development to results, you are no different than the rest. I don't mind calling out the coaches, parents and admin on this mindset because it is currently rampant in the organization and I am hoping it will change or we will need to find a new home after many years in the program.

Assuming their coach hasn’t had a dramatic personality change since we knew him well, I’m confident he made sure all of those kids know that the loss is attributable to them and them only.

Then dad overrides the coach in the car ride home

Wouldn't you do the same if you knew your kid was the best on a power house team?

It was not a troll post. It is actually what those coaches, admin and the parents in the 2015-2017 ranges believed. They are trying to retract now that they have egg on their face.

BSC coaches, parents and management came on here claiming they have developed a national powerhouse. Please don't make accusatory replies in an anonymous forum. I didn't make the original "powerhouse" post. Was just commenting on the quality soccer I saw this weekend. I try not to take this stuff too seriously and just enjoy the time with my kids.
