I think my my bigger beef is China. Why represent a country known for its human rights abuses? Hopefully she's at least a spy for the CIA pretending to be an ally.
Obviously there is another one skiing for the UK, but I don't find that as ethically dubious.
Jeebus, read a book, PP. If ever there were a nation known for a history of human rights abuses, it would be the UK.

Why? Uh… 14 mil??
And also because, quite obviously, it was the only other option available to her. It isn't like she could have just picked another country with an unblemished human rights record (if such a thing exists).
No dog in this fight but I don't think that's true. She could've easily represented US. It was a business decision encouraged by her mom and, obviously, she agreed with. China is a big market.

Why so few medals in the Olympics?
So many people, so little talent.
They are busy buying real estate and industries in America so that they can own America. Olympics is just a smoke screen to distract the world. And they can always buy the best athletes.
America talent comes from immigrants.
Did the Russians participate? No?
It does lessen the US Men's hockey gold somewhat that they didn't have to beat Russia...
The Russians have barely been a threat since the iron curtain fell.
Other than winning Gold in 2018 and the Silver in 2022?
