51
I take estrogen as HRT (had a hysterectomy following birth of twins so no need for the progesterone part). That's it so far.

I'm self-conscious about this too. I'm 55 and take six total, including two related to mental health and a GLP1. My DH, who is 67, is super healthy and takes none.

What inflammation?

Not that PP, but I'm on Wegovy and at my first dentist appt after having been on it for awhile my hygienist was raving about how my gums were no longer inflamed and kept insisting that I must be doing something differently. I had no idea what she was talking about. She called the dentist in to look, and the dentist came in and didn't even look and said "Are you on a GLP1?" and I said "yes," and she looked at the hygienist and said "That's what it is." She said she started seeing the difference in patients with gum disease right away when Wegovy became popular.

I laugh because all of mine are efforts at going back in time: minoxidil for hair, HRT for hormones, and wegovy pill for weight. I'm 52 but would say at the moment I look and feel 5-10 years younger.

If I hadn’t had cancer, I would probably just be on Plaquenil for lupus. I might not even be in menopause yet and need HRT.

Cancer treatments just left behind a wake of damage. A couple years ago, I said I would never do it again since my two youngest are now adults. I softened on that, but I have no idea what in my body will still work as intended from another course of chemo.

Age 67– does vitamin D count? That’s the only one recommended by my doctor though I also take omega 3 fish oil, collagen supplement and Metamucil tabs.

Last year would've been none. This year (I'm 55), it is

Statin
Baby Aspirin (I have high platelet count for which there is no explanation, so it keeps me from having heart attack/stroke)
Methotrexate (Inflammatory condition of the hand for which there is no explanation, so we're throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks)
Folic Acid (to counter the side effects of the folic acid)
