I wonder if the judge has evidence of these daily deportation quotas? I have heard it rumored but don't know if there is proof? Someone familiar with ICE says that agents need to capture 8 bodies per day on average, in order to get their $10,000 bonus each year.
"Ultimately, Petitioners may, because of the arcane United States immigration system, return to their home country, involuntarily or by self deportation. But that result should occur through a more orderly and human process than currently in place."
Thank you judge, for saying this.
Ok, but….
What does this more orderly and human process look like?
First of all, no more quotas or bonuses for agents.
Secondly, agents need to only detain people when they have a judicial warrant.
Keep detainees close to their homes and families.
Preserve the consitutional rights of all people (whether citizen or not) and agents need to be investigated and punished if they violate the constitution, same as every other law enforcement officer.
Lol typical liberal bs, everyone gets a bonus. There is nothing wrong with performance based bonus and with 14 million illegal aliens in the us 8 a week is not fast enough.
Focus on the violent ones (only five percent per conservative CATO institute who actually called our DHS for lying), provide a path to citizenship for the nonviolent like we used to in the past. Sudden removal of hard working immigrants actually harms US businesses based on actual data. I know MAGA care more about propaganda vibes over data but whatever.

As it turns out, there IS something wrong with performance bonuses in this case. It leads to ICE agents brutality, the violation of the Constitution, and sometimes even the death of American citizens. Performance bonuses may be great for the sales team or your small business. But it is all wrong here!

This.
Also no hanging outside of sensitive places like hospitals (eg the family bringing their daughter to the ER)
Also think how inefficient and expensive this is, not to mention cruel, to arrest and detain people in one state, transfer them to a detention facility in another state before a hearing, and then release them!
