You don’t need to have a criminal record to be detained. Per the law, all “asylum seekers” who illegally cross the border are supposed to be detained pending the resolution of their “asylum” claim. CNN just reported ICE has detained about 38000 illegals with criminal records and/or current criminal proceedings. CNN’s report was overall positive for ICE. This is definitely making the country safer.

They killed a young citizen mother and gassed a citizen baby. They roughed up an older citizen veteran. This just in the last week.
