Sorry for the confusion, I realize i’ve worded it wrong I mean they said they will announce in the morning if closure of school is needed or not.

They are delayed by two hours and will reevaluate in the morning to see if a closure is needed instead. So you should check in the morning to be sure that the delay wasn’t changed to a closure. This isn’t uncommon and buys them time with a tricky forecast.

"Because of the uncertainty of the forecast, FCPS will monitor the weather and reevaluate in the morning if we need to adjust to a closure. If there is a change, we will notify our staff and community as soon as possible."
