+1 Tacky and trashy with no class are definitely giveaways as to what she is and does.
She has way more morals than you do.
She is a great role model.
I mean, I like Sabrina's music but I wouldn't say she's a great role model or even a role model at all? She's a pop star.
I think a major issue with some parents is they expect celebrities to be role models to their kids then act incensed when they learn that, shockingly, a single childless 25yo whose career is shaking their ass on stage is not a good role model. I'm a millennial and this was a thing in the late 90s. From her first album to her nervous breakdown, Britney Spears was putting out increasingly sexual music and parents were pissed. Why these people were relying on a white trash teenager from Louisiana to parent their kids I'll never know.
It's not Sabrina Carpenter's job to parent your kids. It's her job to make music and put on a show. Her demographic is not kids. It's women and gay men ages 18-34.
You should aim to be your kids' role model rather than relying on a celebrity to fill that void.
Brittany Spears?
Like Carpenter, she’s a great “roll model” lol![]()

The point is for these former Disney girls to be Trojan horses to mainline smut to minor girls. It’s demonic. Same for Taylor Swift going from innocent dorky girl next door to a Las Vegas prostitute who sings about riding a large penis.
Also known as…growing up and going from being an innocent teen to being a full adult who is sexually active and engaged. People are allowed to age, honey. If you don’t like her content, don’t engage with it and don’t allow your kids to engage with it. Oh wait, that would require you to put some effort into parenting. And instead you hand them screens and phones and then complain. Nerd.

+1 Or how about this 1991 performance at the VMAs where he performed and they were basically simulating an orgy on stage.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I am an adult and dont want to watch other people imitate sex on stage when I paid to hear them sing. You paid to hear them sing songs that are almost all about wanting to have sex/being horny/being a slut and you're shocked when they do something slutty during that concert? It's not going to be Joni Mitchell alone on stage strumming a mandolin, you weirdo.
So all those rappers who sing songs about smacking/beating women and sexually abusing them . . . if i go to one of their concerts I should expect to see that on stage?
DP, why would you expect not to see it if it's depicted in their songs? Would you expect a Christmas show with a nativity scene????
Prince was a sexy singer but he didn’t strip off his clothes on stage and dry hump or pretend oral sex on stage.
You have now outed yourself as someone too young to remember Prince's early shows.
