FWIW, I never crossed the river for dates either so I agree with him. But I would never had agreed to go on a date with someone who lives in Fairfax. Clearly we want different lives.

You’re not compatible. He lives in a cool place and you don’t. You’re not worth his time to trek out to Arlington.
