You don't know this. And what would you propose? Should the DOJ continue its investigations into racial discrimination and antisemitism in hiring and admissions? You know it was doing it under Ryan, which is why he had to resign and why the Board took his registration with nary a complaint. Most of these universities were in violation of federal law and the Fair Admissions SCOTUS case. They simply removed the checkbox for race and moved race to the essays. Some schools even started combating SCOTUS by immediately asking all students to submit a video. Guess why? Now ED and DOJ are forcing the universities to comply. UVA asked for time to do this. It's a smart move, and, frankly, the only tenable one.

False. endowment is 5.4- 6 billion. Brown’s is over 8 billion. ALSO, UVA has many more students: 35k to Brown’s 11k
