I believe Arlington and Alexandria bring in outside players for their futsal programs but not sure.

Alexandria brings in external players who can keep up with the level (and they have many teams so many levels). Futsal teams at Arlington are an afterthought and not competitive. And arguably, neither of these are club neutral.

Arlington futsal’s “elite” teams are definitely competitive (top team players try out and often don’t make it), but their “regular” teams are not. I think they got rid of the “elite” teams this coming season though.

Is it still too early for jokes now?

And is the joke that Arlington got rid of the good futsal team and kept the joke teams? And then had teams qualify for a national championship out west but the club said no cause they would rather play in the same old state cups?
