Me again. My workplace is actually a commute out away from a city. Nice commute. But I work just over the edge of no accent <-> heavily accented people (on the side of accents). Almost all of my coworkers switch back and forth all day.

"This blanket needs washed"

Whatever this sentence construction is it's like nails on a chalkboard to me. I managed someone who spoke and wrote like this and was constantly editing their documents. "This blanket needs to be washed."
