It's so cute that they still think laws exist
They have a good legal case based on precedent but the hack Supreme Court will back whatever the dictator says.
This "hack" supreme Court is the only thing providing any limits on this administration. They're unelected, there's a limit to what they should be able to do.
Try winning some elections instead of just shrieking at everyone all the time.
Anyone who voted for Trump is brain dead
And anti American
You knew he was never going to leave office you knew he’d turn out like Putin you knew he’d hand national secrets over and you dam well know he’s in the Epstein files

I don’t think boys should be on girls’ sports teams, but I know that FCPS should adhere to the law and right now they seem to be adhering to that which was determined by the 4th Circuit court.
The Supreme Court really needs to step in and put and end to the judicial activism by the Circuit Courts.
PP here. That’s opinion.
So are you admitting that current FCPS policy meets current law?
Please show me where Title IX addresses "gender identity."
Does the 4th Circuit’s decision currently stand?
That was not the question. Does Title IX address gender identity in its language?

What about trans-gendered men? Is there any reason to believe they will be less bullied by the same men that bully trans-gendered women? In an environment where bathrooms are segregated by gender identity, will trans-gendered men be forced to use the men's bathroom?

It's so cute that they still think laws exist
The point you’re making is sad. What are they supposed to do? If they bow to current Dept of Education demands they are will be in violation of the last court determination of the law. Law should matter.
I agree it should. But so many unlawful things are happening unchecked right now.
Agreed. The cruelty is the point, it’s not about the law at all. It’s trans kids now. Who is next?
What you see as cruelty is the removal of privilege.
what? Trump criticized a trans athlete in California. Of course that’s going to cause this child to be the target of hatred and bullying. You think that’s Ok? There can be differences in opinion and you can have a debate about policy. But if you think something like this is acceptable, where the POTUS attacks a . minor, is that the kind of world do you want your child to grow up in?

Agree. It’s so sad to see so many Americans welcome dictatorship when we have a system that was formerly the pride of the world. Why do they hate America?
You could try winning an election sometime instead of calling everyone to the right if you a MAGAT until they finally believe you.
