I don't think there is anything she isn't getting at CNU that Elon promised-except a much higher price tag. It's a gorgeous schoolthough but the location is tough for a student looking for diversity. I figured something was up when they sent her a "please consider transferring" postcard.
Wow. That’s cringy and possibly unethical.
My kid got one of those from several schools. In what sense do you think it is unethical?
Name the schools. Poaching students is bottom tier desperation.
DP mine got the, from St. Olaf and Wooster. Guaranteed transfer admission after first or second year. Guaranteed merit, with the amount they were offered as freshman admits being the minimum.

The whole U.S. student market is going towards the direction of either you go to a T50 national university, or a T20 LAC, or you don’t go at all.
+++++++
Ridiculous. There are hundreds of less-selective in state schools, all of which have better results than trying to get a job without a Bachelors degree. I know wildly successful people who went to University of Oregon, Temple, University of Albany, University of South Carolina...just a random sampling of people I personally know.

Elon is not an elite school as no one ks trying to claim, but it is nothing even remotely like High Point in any regard other than location.
High point is glorified golf lessons nothing more in high point NC which is a horrible town.
High Point is a school for parents who didn’t educate their kids id never hire from there not as bad as Liberty but close .

Wonder if Elon Musk's role in DOGE is a factor scaring away prospective students.
