I saw a post a few years ago that said that it’s about people trying secretly to perform a Pagan ritual (“The mood is right … the spirit’s up … we’re here tonight and that’s enough”) and they get interrupted by a normie and then have to suddenly pretend they’re just celebrating Christmas (“Simply having a wonderful Christmas time!!!”)

Oh that is a really bad one and I still hear it all the time. It’s one of those bad songs that radio was obsessed with so if you go anywhere that’s playing regular radio … I feel like you’re going to hear it.
