Google search trends show evidence of widespread concern about his health going back years, with big surges and spikes in 2017 and 2020. People have been legitimately concerned about his obesity, his unsteady, shuffling gait and dragging foot, his struggle to walk down a ramp at Westpoint, his use of the lower stairs on AF1, his cognitive decline and other things. And there has been recurring outrage over the blatantly-false statements in his health reports like height of 6'3" and weight of 225. This has been going on for at least 10 years. And his vascular issues didn't just happen overnight. People have been pointing this out for years. Here for example is someone pointing out his obvious swollen ankles and pitting edema a year ago.

Along with all of the other red flags that observant people picked up on, like when they let his coronary calcium score slip in 2018 indicating he likely had heart disease and high cholesterol. Or his 2020 trip to Walter Reed.

People have pointed out the symptoms and tells that Trump has had potentially serious cardiological problems for at least 10 years, only to be shouted down, mocked, harassed, and lied to, being told he was "the healthiest individual ever elected" - Dr Bornstein's 2016 letter, which Bornstein later admitted Trump had dictated, or suggestions that Trump was in absolutely excellent physical health and could live to be 200 years old (wacko former White House doctor Ronny Jackson said that in 2018). But they would have known the truth about his health all these years, only to cover it up and lie to us, mock us and attack us for questioning it.
