Why is this on this thread? Me thinks this is an anti-Hoco person trying to gin up drama, as if 2034 mattered. It does not. The kids that are the best at 9 does not equate to who is the best at 13.
Love the imagination of a good 9 year old team making the 90th ranked “rec plus” club a top contender. Hoco as a club is literally irrelevant. 100% of Hoco players who are any good will flee and pray to get on M&D or Hero’s come 7th grade. They’re pretending (or delusional for lack of knowledge and savvy; probably all the parents’ oldest kids) but reality will strike.
Actually, maybe all this Hoco 2034 talk and bluster is the parents trying to market their kids to get on a real club team.

That one is absolutely shocking. Hero’s had been undefeated and dominant all season, and Integrity beats two powerhouses back to back to advance to the final and face the uktimate behemoth in M&D who rolled over Check-Hers 12-4 in their semifinal.

Integrity pulled off the upset over BLC 9-6 in the only surprise of the quarterfinals. They advance to play Hero’s who beat Coppermine Black 10-6.

Coppermine Black did in fact lose both games this weekend but won the goals allowed tiebreaker over Stars for the final playoff spot as both teams finished tied for 8th at 4-4.
M&D eked out a one goal win over BLC to finish the season undefeated along with Hero’s.
First round matchups are as follows:
1. Hero’s vs 8. Coppermine Black
2. M&D vs 7. MD United
3. Check-Hers vs 6. Hoco
4. BLC vs 5. Integrity
