Not really. He's a half-assed dictator. Everything he does is half-assed. He is such a loser.
He's a dictator but one who doesn't know what the eff he's doing. That's why he backtracks a lot.
And now the plan is to wait for Xi to call. And the other trade “deals” are on the back burner waiting on China. It’s over, Trump failed. Everybody is just waiting him out.
