I personally like very good high fat ground beef on the grill, and then build it with a good melted cheese - maybe aged chedder, swiss, provolene, gouda - mayo at the bottom, then burger, add lettuce, a slice of summer tomato, sliced pickles, and mustard on the top bun. When its quality ingredients, that is a solid burger. So count me among among the lower class for my preferences.
