Nothing, but there's just something so ironic or maybe hypocritical to all this. Trump got bailed out by taxpayers when he declared bankruptcy (multiple times). He stiffed the NJ taxpayers by paying pennies on the dollar.

I'm not sure where you went to college, but my college was a real place with real buildings, real professors, dorms, food, etc. and that all takes money. Real money. Just because you claim the money was "printed from nothing" does not make it true. Real money was paid to your college on your behalf, and now you pay it back. That is how loans work, you deadbeat. The taxpayers are not funding your (admittedly poor) education.

Yes of course it's ultimately real money being paid to the university, you completely missed the point. But where did it come from? It was funds created and injected into the economy.

Karen, that’s exactly what I’m saying. Obviously, you’re not a STEM major. Obviously, money spent on your education was a waste in your case. Traditional studies are valuable but not as valuable as being a doctor, nurse, engineer, etc.

Liberals don't seem to get that it isn't OK, if a person who graduated from their college with government assistance can't go on and get a good job and pay taxes. Paying taxes is important if you are going to have government assisted programs.

Let me break it down for you. Poor people don't pay taxes. Middle and upper middle-class people pay taxes. Rich, they pay alot of taxes(by bulk not by rate), but there aren't very many of them.

No, it's not OK to go college take on loans take government subsidies and not get a middle to upper middle-class job.

It's not a judgement on the study. Sure, rich kid with a trust fund, go do whatever you want.

This is why eviscerating the middle class with h-1b's is a problem. The only people that have enough money but not enough representation to avoid paying taxes are the middle and upper middle class. Another way to put it, either the corporations have to pay us more so we can get into a higher tax bracket, or the corporations need to pay more taxes.
