He was never smart and he was always impulsive. But he has definitely gotten more confused. He looks pathetic now. It is so hard to understand why anyone fears him anymore and yet the Republicans in Congress have no spine whatsoever.

I think they closed it because of sewage disposal. It just dumps into the ocean.
