Hardly anyone drinks raw milk while the US consumes over 20 billion gallons of pasteurized milk a year. On a death per gallon ratio, 2 deaths from raw milk is a LOT higher if your facts were correct. They are not. In a ten year period, there were 2,500 hospitalizations from raw milk and 3 deaths. Still a very small number. Even though you are 9.4 times greater risk of getting sick from raw milk, it's still a minuscule risk. About 0.00106%
