+1 the delusion to think that the only 3 that got arrested were DC/PGC but everyone else is from VA.
Crime in Arlington is extremely low and what is reported is probably mostly DC teens coming in a commiting crime.

It sounds like you need to move from Arlington to somewhere that does not have metro access. Regardless of where people are coming from, Arlington seems to be very dangerous.
