What irks me is posters who say stupid ish like this without googling "low cost pet vaccines near me" first.

Every county I've ever lived in has low-cost vax AND low-cost spay/neuter. It's your job as a pet owner to work harder to find these things.

DP. I posted earlier in the thread. My cat had a confirmed anaphylaxis reaction after a cheap shot from one of these places. My mother's cat also had a similar reaction a year earlier which I blew off until it happened to my cat. The cats are not related and this occurred in different states. Each cat had faithfully had the annual rabies vaccines 5 or 6 years in a row by the time the reaction occured. When we disclosed the history in subsequent vet visits, nobody really seemed surprised. I can't help but conclude this is not a rare event with the low cost rabies vaccines (with adjuvants). But nobody ever tells you that part.
