I could pretty easily nail her on three employment violations:

2. Lack of approval from agency for outside employment

I mean this lady actually advocated firing feds for "performance" issues and then went on to running her private business from her fed gov office while on the clock. Fed employees would be investigated and fired if caught doing this.

She really should be hounded until fired. I'm serious. This is such a violation of workplace ethics. We should go after who we can. I would do the same to anyone doing this regardless of party, but a group of non-feds totally reorganizing government under the auspices of waste, fraud and abuse needs to be checked HARD.
