The coaching staff will likely remain the same. The players will continue to be coached by the same people. Nothing will be different except they MAY be rewarded for failure and have a different badge in their shirt.

ARL coach worried because they cant develope players? If I was an ARL parent I would be worried about playing time beause its obvious ARL is depending on Alexandria talent
What does this even mean? Best talent goes to beat clubs. Just the way it works. Alexandria is a feeder club not a destination. It should be a destination but really had no clue what they are doing. It would be fine with Arlington and Arlington parents if all the good kids came from Alexandria.
