I didn't think it was a mess at all. They seemed like any large family to me: more chaotic than a small one, but clearly loved and taken care of. And sure, parents are kooky. Doubt many Hollywood types are "normal" by regular standards.
You can't be serious?
I’m totally serious. The show was pretty tame. If you’ve seen any large family reality show it was not more of a mess. It was less of a mess if anything bc they have help and money. Only too much part is all the pets in an apartment.
The oldest daughter wears full face of makeup and claims she was born an "adult." Why does she think that? Is it b/c she has to care for her 6 other siblings? The youngest daughter wanders around and nobody seems to keep track of her. The mother calls the middle daughter a monster. One of the boys has a panic attack getting in car for trip. And they think adding a bunch of dogs and cats to the mix in a small apartment makes sense? It was a mess.
Oof...No. Not going to judge a parent over a meltdown, a little kid walking around (?!). As for the oldest saying stuff like that, it is very common. They have two nannies so let's not pretend Carmen is their childcare go-to but yes she's probably more mature. And monster was clearly meant as a cute thing like baby monster, cookie monster. None of this is seriously messy.

Hilaria touched a little bit on the two cultures thing, but seems there must be some kind of mental issue that drives a person to create that kind of a web of lies and then double down on it. I suspect she just felt inferior and thought that whole storyline made her more exotic or desirable or something. In any case, they both just seem to accept each other's mental health related stuff.
Also as a person with a cat allergy, I get a bloody nose anytime I'm around cats, so I was also really put off by the her getting 3-4 cats knowing that Alec is allergic to cats!

How is she so skinny? With all those kids I would be fat with stress eating. Alec loves her and that is why he is willing to do the show. I think he wants to be with his family and is getting paid a lot and can launch the kids careers. The oldest one looks interested in acting. Who knows. He is funny when he isn’t going all political.

I don't know specifics, but my general impression is "dwindling" is apt. He had some interview awhile ago (I believe cited in the locked thread) where he seemed stressed beyond belief he has a high maintenance wife and SEVEN young kids (nanny for each! Interview taken from a 13k a night suite!) plus all these lawsuits to deal with in what should be his golden years nearing retirement. The interviewer noted Hillary looked cowered and was silent. They were also selling off real estate. I don't think they're going to be on the street or anything, but I do think they're feeling the financial pressure. I mean, this is all him and he's made his choices and now has to do what he has to do I guess (apparently, that's pimp out your family on a cheap reality show) but I don't think it's a particularly enviable situation no matter how Hillary likes to spin it.
Wow selling off prime real estate? At record high prices! Yeah, sounds like they’re headed poor house.
You people are ignorant losers.
Assuming they were actually able
To sell the Hamptons house after $10 million price cut, if this is the type of “sell now at record high prices” advice they are getting I can see how they are going broke.
They haven't sold it yet. It's a beautiful home, but they are never going to sell it for the price they listed it for . . . $10m price cut and all.
