There are a large number of clubs with no ENCL or MLSN today - who would probably love to be able to slap MLS on their websites. I'm super curious what clubs in my area (NC) will adopt this.

Assuming the clubs already with MLSN will add a MLSN2 team (rebranded) then they could even, *gasp*, put together a local league that requires limited travel!

Adherence to MLS Standards will be crucial for clubs participating in these elevated competitions.

The deep player pools within MLS Next clubs will likely increase playing time for young players, providing them with valuable exposure and developmental opportunities

Bwahahaha - thanks Bot.

both
neither

I agree to try out for both. Which is better for your child’s development is not a straightforward answer. It’s going to depend on the type of training and coaching, whether your child gets enough playing time, and how you assess that depends on what your child’s goals are.

Cincinnati cup registration has opened.

You can tryout for their MLSN 1 or 2 teams.

It seems that NAL continues to coexist with MLS Next 2, since NAL is accepting applications for 2025-26 season.
