Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:What about Pentagon City Costco?
This is the original inspiration for the Hunger Games. No.

I don't get the appeal. I would NEVER breach the doors of Costco for a couple burritos.
You can’t pay me to step foot in Walmart. Plus it’s a good 30-40 min away.

Anonymous wrote:Costco is trashy. I saw a guy returning an old garden hose not only dirty but worn out. People have no shame there.

My husband and I love Costco for different reasons.
My husband literally love Costco. He can go there every day.
For me, I love it because I saw how crazy Costco fans like my husband are. So I bought Costco stock when it was 280 for 200 shares.
With dividends and capital gains, plus cash back from Costco credit cards, we pretty much shop there for free throughout these years. ❤️

They offer 2 day shipping on toilet paper, coffee, etc if you spend $75 which is easy to do.
Prices are lower in store though. They even tell you that when you order online.

every 3 months or so I will drive out to the frederick costco and it’s a dream in comparison.
Instacart fees plus the Costco fee probably negate any savings.
Nope-And there are things that I can only get at costco. Also have non perishables shipped all the time and that alone makes it worth it. But I have 3 teenage boys so obviously my circumstances make bulk shopping a necessity. We also have a sam’s membership (I only do pickup) and walmart plus. I will do whatever to make things easier for myself 🙂.
Also if you have a Costco membership and go through their site, the Instacart fees aren’t bad.
