Would a student with a score in the 99th percentile score ever be turned down for admission by Visi, SR, Gonzaga etc?

She got 97th percentile. It was in the range of expected, though I thought she had a chance for 99th. But she had some test anxiety and I can tell almost all of her errors were in the first section so I'm guessing she needed to settle in. Visi is first choice.

That's a great score. My DD got in at 98% percentile but even then in her class, there are a whole lot of 99 percentile girls. I

DS scored a little higher and had almost all As in MS. He initially was waitlisted but was offered a spot. They look at a lot of factors, including legacy status, whether they’re coming from a Catholic k-8, etc. DS did not attend a Catholic k-8, although we are Catholic and are active members of our Parish (something he wrote about in his essays). He also is not a legacy. My guess is that, with either of those two factors, he probably would not have been waitlisted.

I think you are fine for Gonzaga based on what I've heard in past years.

Depends on the schools you are applying to and where you are coming from. If you’re applying to a diocesan school and coming from a Catholic K-8, you’ll probably get in without an issue. If you’re applying to one of the very selective schools and are coming from public, maybe less likely unless your child is maybe a sports standout or something like that.

Depends on where they are applying. Also other factors like grades and essays and EC’s

Just checked my child’s and it doesn’t say received yet. ADW k-8 applicant.

My child’s now reflects the score has been received.

Stone Ridge doesn't require HSPT testing, although we did send them the results for our daughter. She also got into VISI. HSPT 99%.
